Our Message

Chelsea Den Jewelry specializes in crystals and the fuzing of metals to create one of a kind, handmade crystal jewelry and accessories. Designed and created by Chelsea Dennis in Santa Barbara, California. Created and inspired for and by the magical, mystical, and beautiful

Each and every stone, gem, and crystal is handpicked thoughtfully and carefully before being transformed into a wearable piece. All of our jewelry containing any crystal elements are recharged under each full moon every month in order to cleanse the crystals with healing, fresh, and vibrant energy. We love sharing crystal knowledge and goodness with our customers and only wish to add positive, healing, and high roaming vibrations through our jewelry.

I care deeply about each and every piece of jewelry made in my shop and pride myself in ensuring all my jewelry arrives safe and sound to its new homes. It is my goal that my customers are overjoyed with their new treasures when they arrive.


All Chelsea Den Jewelry is handmade with delicate materials. Please handle each piece with mature care and wear sensibly. We do guarantee quality and will make repairs at the discretion of the designer.  Please read our repairs section below for more details.

Payment Policy

I accept paypal, credit cards, and apple pay. I do not accept money orders, cash or personal checks. 

Payment must be made in full and have cleared before the item is shipped. If you are having any issues with PayPal, please do not hesitate to contact me and I will assist you in any way that I can.


Shipping Policy

Domestic orders ship for a flat rate of $3.75 via USPS first class mail. If you prefer priority mail, a signature, or insurance added onto your order please send me an email through my contact page or at info@chelseaden.com before placing your order.

International orders ship for a flat rate of $15.50.If you prefer priority mail, a signature, or insurance added onto your order please send me an email through my contact page or at info@chelseaden.com before placing your order.

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days and shipped via USPS for both domestic and international orders. 

U.S. domestic orders generally  take 3-5 business days to arrive once shipped. 

International orders shipped using First Class Mail International, deliveries generally take between 7–21 days to arrive, although the USPS does not guarantee delivery dates or times. Mail may travel to its destination by ground, air or a combination of both.

Chelsea Den Jewelry will cover the cost for Wholesale orders shipped via USPS.  If you prefer Fedex or UPS there will be a shipping charge. If this is the case please let us know when placing your order.

I ship using USPS first class mail to send most orders. Your order will be shipped once payment has been received.  Orders are processed in the order they are received. You will get a notification from us once your purchase is on its way.

Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; Chelsea Den Jewelry is not responsible for any fees issued upon arrival of packages.
All returned items deemed undeliverable or with wrong address entered at checkout are the responsibility of the customer. We will do our best to resolve the issue be it merchandise refund excluding shipping charges, or we will happily resend the package with an additional shipping charge.
Chelsea Den Jewelry is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.


Refunds & Exchanges

Chelsea Den Jewelry does not offer returns but will consider special exceptions on a case by case basis. I will do my best to resolve any problems as quickly as possible!
If you are unhappy for any reason you may exchange your item for something else in my shop within 10 days of receiving your order. Please note the 10 days will be applied the day it arrives not the day that the package is opened.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you would like to exchange it for the same item,  send us an email at info@chelseaden.com

will do my best to resolve any problems to ensure you end up with a one of kind piece of jewelry that you love! 
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

We consider repairs on a case-by-case basis as long as they have been purchased within the last year.

Our jewelry can contain fragile elements and we always recommend that it be handled carefully and with mature care. We do not recommend wearing our jewelry during highly active and/or physical activities.
